By accessing or using the Skyra platform at skyra.store(the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Skyra provides a creator commerce platform that enables creators to sell digital products, courses, coaching sessions, memberships, and other digital goods to their audience.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.
3. Creator Accounts
As a creator on Skyra, you agree to:
- Only sell products and services that you have the right to sell.
- Provide accurate descriptions of your products and services.
- Fulfill all orders and deliver digital products promptly.
- Not sell prohibited content including illegal materials or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Buyer Terms
As a buyer on Skyra, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing products directly from independent creators.
- Digital products are delivered instantly via email and/or your customer dashboard.
- Refund policies are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products unless explicitly permitted by the creator.
5. Payments & Pricing
- All prices on the Platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Skyra charges 0% transaction fees on all plans. Subscription fees apply as per the chosen plan.
- Creators are responsible for applicable taxes (including GST) on their sales.
- Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
- Creators retain ownership of all content they upload to the Platform.
- By uploading content, creators grant Skyra a limited license to display and distribute the content as necessary to operate the Platform.
- The Skyra name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Skyra.
- If you believe content infringes your intellectual property, contact us at support@skyra.store.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform without permission.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Sell counterfeit, fraudulent, or misleading products.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Skyra in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
