Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Skyra is a creator commerce platform that facilitates the sale of digital products, online courses, coaching sessions, memberships, and other digital goods between independent creators and buyers. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

2. Digital Products

  • Digital products (e-books, templates, presets, files) are delivered instantly upon purchase.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the product is significantly different from its description or is defective.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained if the product has been fully downloaded and used.

3. Online Courses

  • Refund requests for online courses must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • If more than 30% of the course content has been accessed, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds for courses are processed at the discretion of the creator.

4. Coaching & Booking Sessions

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a creator cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • No-shows by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • Skyra platform subscription plans can be cancelled anytime. No refund is provided for the remaining period of an annual plan.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@skyra.store with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Include your registered email address and any relevant details.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds via UPI and net banking are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@skyra.store before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
