1. Digital-Only Platform

Skyra is a 100% digital platform. All products and services sold through Skyra are delivered electronically. There are no physical products, and therefore no physical shipping is involved.

2. Digital Product Delivery

  • Instant Delivery: Digital products (e-books, templates, presets, files) are delivered immediately upon successful payment.
  • Email Confirmation: A confirmation email with download links or access instructions is sent to your registered email address.
  • Customer Dashboard: All purchased products are accessible via your customer portal at any time.
  • Download Links: Download links are valid and accessible from your account dashboard. There is no expiry on access unless specified by the creator.

3. Online Course Access

  • Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  • You can access courses from any device through your customer portal.
  • Course access duration depends on the creator's settings (lifetime or time-limited).

4. Coaching & Booking Confirmations

  • Booking confirmations are sent via email immediately after purchase.
  • Calendar invitations with meeting links (Zoom, Google Meet) are sent prior to the scheduled session.
  • Session details and links are also available in your customer dashboard.

5. Membership Access

  • Membership access is activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • Access continues as long as your subscription is active.
  • Upon cancellation, access remains until the end of the current billing period.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery of your digital purchase:

  • Check your email spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
  • Log in to your customer dashboard to access your purchases.
  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly during checkout.
